Hometown HERoes

We may not be able to run together this year, but HERoes in Deed’s mission has always been about Communities Serving Those Who Serve. There has never been a better time to do just that, and HERoes in Deed is stepping up on two fronts – offering support to local restaurants that have served you and your family, and enabling them to feed healthcare workers who are emerging HERoes in this new battle.

We started Hometown HERoes in Warwick, Jaimie’s home town, to support local HERoes who are at the front lines, starting with those working around the clock in the hospitals to keep you and your families safe. We are donating $5000 to local restaurants by purchasing meals, helping them stay open and continue to serve the community, while also paying it forward by delivering those meals to St. Anthony Community Hospital, Mount Alverno Center, and Schervier Pavilion, to feed the workers who are dedicated to keeping the community well.

Warwick and HERoes in Deed supporters – thank you so much for your generosity.  With your support we raised an additional $4300 to continue our efforts to support local businesses and Hometown HERoes.  We are no longer accepting donations for the Hometown HERoes program, but you can still support our mission by donating to HERoes in Deed here:
